Cringe selfie alert! Just wanted to thank the awesome folks at @oldeltons for getting me through the dark winter lockdown days and into spring with their "Let The Sun Shine In" tee. Definitely feel a surge of positivity every time I put it on plus it has daffodils because Wales 💪🏻🏴 I'm totally smitten with their ethos of openly discussing mental health in their beautiful top notch clothing because let's face it, we all have sucky days but sometimes those days become weeks, months and even years and it's so easy for life to become so overwhelming that we can't see the light anymore, especially in these crazy plague times. As a society we're moving in the right direction and it's really refreshing to see more and more brave people talking about their own issues as well as lending their ears to friends and family (or even complete strangers) who are also struggling 👏🏻 #telluswhyyouwearit
